Overview

For this project, I am proposing for Boots to incorporate digital technology within its in store environment to elevate its customer experience. I completed research around competitors such as Sephora, alongside researching into industry reports to strengthen my conclusion.

Brief

Create a digital project for either of the following:

  1. A digital pitch for a new, or rebranded, fashion publication.

  2. A digital pitch detailing your future projections of the customer habits of a specific brand.

  3. An online research project, detailing current analyses of a specific trend and/or customer habit.
